We understand what you are going through.

We know this is a tremendously difficult time for you because we have been there ourselves. The challenges and havoc one cast can present are truly overwhelming. When we learned about our daughter's hip dysplasia treatment, clothing to fit over the cast was the last thing we considered—but the first issue we ran into.

EBSW (Elliebear Spicawear) was inspired by our daughter's bilateral hip dysplasia casting. The entire experience was without a doubt one of the most trying times of our lives. We were emotionally and physically exhausted, and not being able to find ANY "decent" clothing to cover the cast during her four-month treatment just added to the nightmare. At the time, we were on the verge of losing our minds, but nearly four years later, we can laugh at the memory of nurses telling us to cover the cast legs with TUBE SOCKS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?

The EBSW Spicawear romper was developed by a medical practitioner and a spica-cast survivor mom, who hopes to make this daunting treatment a little easier for you. Our hearts go out to you and your family during this challenging time.
